He was predeceased by: his parent Marion Patrick; and his siblings, Laura and Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Maria (Mo); his daughter Kristina; his sister Cheryl; his parents-in-law, Villa Simonetti and Teresa Simonetti; his siblings-in-law, Jesse Simonetti (Marie-Claire) and Simm Couvillon (Douglas); his nieces and nephews, Gabriel and Sebastien (Dina-Marie); and his caregivers, Richelle, Heather, Mary and Daniel.
