He was predeceased by: his parents, Luciano Forte and Libera Forte. He is survived by: his brothers, Serge (Donna) and Frank Forte (Anne); his cousins, Enniolate Minato (Lidia), Danilo Minato (Betty) and Dania Battagello (late Roger); and his friend Stephen. He is also survived by his brothers who have been his lifelong caregivers.
