As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Phyllis Jean may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Manuel Golden, Deborah Howieson (Golden) and Fred Golden; and her parents, Morris Golden and Goldie Golden.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Sophia Isabella Oppen; her sons, Jeffrey Oppen (Svjetlana) and Michael Oppen; and her brother Gerald Golden (Catriona). She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery (2650 Pillette Rd, Windsor, ON N8T1R1).
