He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Kostuch and Raymond Matthew Kostuch; his siblings, Ray (Audrey), Barb Kalivas (Mike), Anthony (Joy), Elaine Mallory (Dave), Jeff (Kim) and John; and his son Matt. He was also cherished by 5 nieces, 5 nephews and 1 great nephew.
