He is survived by: his wife Jodi (Frimer); his daughters, Alexa (Jay) and Hannah (Noah); his siblings, Catherine (Ted), James (Barb), Suzanne (Stan), Sandra (Darryl), Caron and Robert (Michelle); his sisters-in-law, Alana (Ryan) and Carlene (Saci); and his nieces and nephews, Genevieve (Todd), Roman, Thad, Peter, Jake (Erica), Rachel, Alex, John-Patrick (Bailee), Stephen, Natalie, Larissa, Laura, Lee-Anne (James), Rob (Abby), Harrison, Corrina, Dahlia, Malika, Caleigh, John, Trevor and Teagan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sts. Vladimir and Olga Ukrainian Catholic Church (for the icon fund).
