It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Carnevale (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bruno Carnevale; her children, Greg Carnevale (Nathalie), Marco Carnevale and Luisa Crawford (Shawn); her grandchildren, Patrick, Alex, Morgan, Graham, Stella, Lucas and Lila; her parents, Lila Lamphere and Grant Lamphere; her parents-in-law, Gulio and Erminia Carnevale; and her siblings, Gary, Mike, Judy, Margaret, Cheryl and Mary.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Lung Association of Canada in Patricia's honour.
