Nereo Pio Favrin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nereo Pio Favrin (Windsor, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Favrin and Ida Favrin (Palmira); and also, Clara (Pietro) and Orfeo. He is survived by: his children, Selina (Steve), Dan (Jaqueline), Roberto (Monica), Brigitte (Nicole) and Natalie (Jamie); his siblings, Bruna (late Candido) and Lena (Tarcisio); and his in-laws, Blanche and George Balkwill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Windsor Chapel Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8W1C7). A prayer was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd, Windsor, ON N8W4E3).
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society and to Hospice of Windsor.
