Merja Tallberg Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2025, at the age of 71, Merja Tallberg (Windsor, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Merja shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Merja farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jani Makivirta, Eric and Kristine Makivirta; her grandchildren, Charlotte and Liam; her close friend Allen Wass; and her siblings, Pirkko Laine of Finland and Sirkku Matikka of Finland.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Families First (1065 Lauzon Rd, Windsor, ON N8S 3M8). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
