With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Markou (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on February 10, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Gratczer and Ferencz Gratczer. She is survived by: her husband Alexander Markou; her children, Joseph Markou (Heather), Kathelene Vizzaccaro (Sergio) and Steven Markou; her grandchildren, Peter Vizzaccaro (Mary), Bianca Vizzaccaro, Chiara Vizzaccaro (Tate), Stephanie Soulliere (Tim), Joseph Markou (Tanisha), Zac Charette and Jacob Charette; her great grandchildren, Grace, Nora and Luca; her nephew Joe Gratczer; her great-niece Anita; and her great-nephew Joe.
