She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dan and Catherine MacPhee; her husband James D. Gillis; her son Ron Gillis; her grandson Mark; and her siblings, Teresa MacDonald (late Allan), Catherine MacPhee (late Danny), Sarah MacDonald (late Colin), Angus MacPhee, Rodena Gillis, Joe MacPhee (late Dorothy), Duncan MacPhee and Judy Haslam (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Falconio (Amedeo), Rod Gillis (Susan), John Gillis, Marie Rice (Dave) and Al Gillis (Wayne); her grandchildren, Katie (Jason), James, Nancy, Terra (Paul), Amedeo Jr. (Katie), Daniela (Becky), Angelo, Shannon, Matthew, Damian and Felicia; her great grandchildren, Noah, Lucas, Cassandra, Isabella, Sophia, Savannah and Luca; her siblings, Helen Gillis (Ron), Jean Parent (Leonard) and Kaye Holmes (late Richard); and her close friend Marie Willis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family.
