He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Masse and Aline Masse (Marcotte); and his siblings, Roumand, Roger, Roderique, Paul, Jacqueline, Gabriel, Andre, Marcella, Virgil, Mary Ann and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Marie (Rechwan); his children, Louie (Cindy), Bernadette (late Gord), Michael (Erin) and Anthony; his grandchildren, Daniel, Kylie, Natalie, Breelyn, Shantel (Murad), Michael (Michaela), Keiana, Julia, Matthew and Joshua; and his siblings, Maxine, Jeannette, Jerome and Charles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Janisse Funeral Home (1139 Ouellette Ave, Windsor, ON N9A4K1). A vigil service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 8:30 PM to 8:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Heart Church (2153 Parkwood Ave, Windsor, ON N8W2J8). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1Z5).
