He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret; his siblings, Steve Chudyk (Purple Heart) and Mary Dyas; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Gingera (Marie) and Steve.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Bradd (Richard), Sandy Jones (Brian) and Grant Chudyk (Joanna); his grandchildren, Katie Bradd, Sarah Patterson (Shawn), Laura Bradd, Jason Jones (Meaghan) and Kristen Jones; his pet Carino Chudyk; his wife Anne Gingera; his family Windsor; and his great grandchild Zoey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anne's Church (12233 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1M3).
