We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Karen Marchand (Windsor, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Sheila Laramie; and her brother-in-law Frederick (Gail Marchand). She is survived by: her spouse Claude; her children, Renee, Dion Parent, Denise, Richard Zitko, Raymond and Beverly Marchand; her grandchildren, Rose, Dawn, Ryan (Shaina), Anthony, Justina, Lily, Julie (Travis), Nicholas, Andrew and Brett; and her siblings, Janet (Bill Scott), Jim (Pauline MacDonell) and Christine MacDonell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial tributes to the St Vincent DePaul Society (http://www.ssvpwindsoressex.com) would be appreciated by the family.

“From Bill (cousin) and Theresa Woodburn, Halifax Nova Scotia I'm very saddened to hear the news of Karen's passing. I still have fond memories of her wedding. She and Claude made a lovely couple. It was my first time to Windsor. I can remember it as if it were yesterday, meeting all the family. Aunts, uncles, cousins, I was elated and never really knew I had so many relations. My sincere and deepest condolences to Claude, their children, her sisters Janet and Christine, and Jim and Pauline.”
