He is survived by: his significant other Teresa of Jesus Bustos; his children, Plullio, Pablo (Jason) of Rochester and Claudia (Craig) of Richmond; his siblings-in-law, Ruth, Sara, Raquel, Yolanda and Juan; his close friend Manuel; his siblings, Susanna, Lorenzo and Licho; his daughter Maria Teresa; and also, Randall and Bruce.
Memorial donations in Julio's name can be made to the Hospice of Windsor.
