He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sidelnyk and Theresa Jubinville; and his sisters, Ann Karn, Kathy Gascoyne and Christine Sidelnyk-Gomes.

He is survived by: his grandson Graham; his spouse Lynn Sidelnyk (Carroll); his children, Jason Howard (Juwon), Venessa Sidelnyk Henderson (Sarah) and Crystal Sidelnyk-Giegerich; his grandchildren, Avery, Everett and Elise; and his sisters, Marie Proulx (Gaetan), Barbara Nogueira (Alfred) and Sonia Puccio (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
