He was predeceased by: his wife Connie; his daughter Janice Bradley; his parents, Albino and Teresa; and his sister Ada Shaw.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his son-in-law Dr. John Bradley; his grandchildren, Dr. John Bradley Jr. (Sea Taubner) and Dr. Joelle Bradley (Brad Anderson); and his great grandchildren, West, Eden, Sky and Tate Bradley-Taubner.
