He was predeceased by: his mother Dolores. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie. He is also survived by his teammates, colleagues and friends.

“To Jeff's family, I am so sorry that Jeff has passed away. I am so thankful I was able to visit him at the Leamington Hospice before he passed. Jeff and I were champion rookies at Canada Life back in the early 90's and were selected from across Canada, to represent for a week at Head Office in Toronto. We had a great time together, there, and back in the Windsor office. Jeff was always a positive influence with our co-workers. Good times and great memories last forever! My deepest sympathies.”
