She was predeceased by: her parent Philias Donais. She is survived by: her spouse Francis; her children, Daniel Osborn, Ronald Osborn (Shelley) and Cheryl Osborn; her grandchildren, Brad, Chelsea, Drew and Jamie; her parent Melina Donais; her siblings, Cecile Laforet, Doreen Trepanier, Larry Donais and Gaynor Donais; and her husband Frank.

Cookie was a caregiver to others and in her final years her husband Frank cared for her with Alzheimer's.
