He was predeceased by: his parents, Leach Forrester and Violet Forrester. He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his children, Heather Dumontier (Paul), Jackie Mitrovic (Mike) and Andrea Dzudz (John); his granddaughters, Rachel, Katie and Mandy; and his siblings, Robin and Leach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
