She was predeceased by: her husband John Demko; her parents, Nick Kubani and Mary Kubani; and her sisters, Anna Strunak and Mary Ponic.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Rae (Allan), Victor Demko (Marlene) and Linda Helou (Bassam); and her great grandchildren, Augustine "Gus" Turner, Margo Rae, Annie Rae, Derrick Demko and Nathan Demko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
