He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Esther, Ken Lewis Sr., Jean and Robert Campbell. He is survived by: his child Boston Lewis; his parents, Betty-Jean Phillips and Edward Lewis; his siblings, Stephanie Morgan (Chris) and Sean Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie and Lucas. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
