George Mihalo Obituary

As George departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved George. Though George may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. and Anna. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Michael (Vincenza) and John (Claudia); and his friend Mary Jacko.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Windsor Chapel South (3048 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S4). A prayer was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave, Windsor, ON N9H1C9).
Donations may be made in memory of George to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation.
