He was predeceased by: his sister Theresa. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Dan (Carrie), Dave and Teresa; his grandchildren, Shelby, Helena, Ava, Norissa and Hayden; and his siblings, Sheila Knight and Dennis. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
