He was predeceased by: his nephew Clifford Olbey; and his siblings, Charles Palmer, John Robert Palmer and Frances Finley. He is survived by: his sister Pearl Palmer; and his brother-in-law Robert Finley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, two great-nephews, and countless cousins and friends.
