He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charles Caldwell and Anna Elizabeth McPhee; and his grandmother Jean Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, Larry Caldwell and Cameron Caldwell; his children, Teri Caldwell-McCann (Gary), Jeri Anne Carlini (Joseph), Gary Caldwell (Connie) and Brett Caldwell (Kimberly); and his family Dr. Terry DeLuca. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Families First South Windsor (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.

If so desired, donations in Frank's memory may be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke foundation (http://www.heartandstroke.ca).
