Elias Tabra Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elias Tabra (Windsor, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 30, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elias Tabra to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sim'an Tabra and Salima Tabra; and his sibling Dawud. He is survived by: his spouse Melada Abo-Zakhem; his children, Lama Pizzuti (Steve), Lamis Chahin (Mikail), May Tabra and Wael Tabara (Christine); his grandchildren, Michael, Selena, Christopher Chahin, Syriana and Elias Tabara; and his siblings, Michel and Riad (family: Shafik, Wazira, Georgette, Melada, Shukria, Jamila). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 7:30 PM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Simeon Melkite Church (8700 Jerome St, Windsor, ON N8S1G8).
As an expression of sympathy, the family would ask for donations to be made to the family in Elias' honour. They will then be sending the money as a donation to their favourite non-profit organization.
