He is survived by: his children, Gary Norman Welch, Katherine Therese Burns (Larry), Edward, Andrew Welch, Philip Welch (Cherry) and Carleen Welch (Chris); his grandchildren, Caralyn, Beverly, Richard, Benjamin, Julia, Nathaniel, Danielle and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Scott, Colin and Lamar; and his sister Diane.
