We bid farewell to Doug Lawson (Windsor, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 22, 2024 at the age of 82. Doug touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Lawson and Margaret Lawson; and his sister Janet McDonnell (Kenneth). He is survived by: his husband Jeffery Bissonnette; his children, Eric (Beatrice), Catharine and Craig (Becky); his grandchildren, James, Ben, Alex, Mikiah, Maggie, Tyran and Craig; his brother David Lawson; his siblings-in-law, Michael (Carol), Christine (Brian), Julie (Mark) and Trisha (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew (Stacey), Celena (Ben), Spencer, Ethan, James, Simonne, Nicholas and Claire.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Families First (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice, Windsor Regional Cancer Clinic or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
