Degolacion Sibuma Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Degolacion Sibuma (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Oscar; her child Tess Sibuma (Rodney Kennedy); her siblings, Reynalda Puzon, Victoriano Balino (Lolita Ferrer), Faustino Balino (Carmelita Javier), Ambrosio Balino (Aurora Navarro), Gerarda Piedad (Percival), Divina Montero (late Aurelio) and Tomasa Balino; and her niece Jackie of Canada, USA. She was also cherished by her mother and siblings, nieces and nephews.
