He was predeceased by: his daughter Baby James; his parents, Roy James and Mary James; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Langlois (Sandy), Mark Langlois (Lia) and Matt Langlois (Carol).

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Stacey Britton and Jeff (Lore); his brother Roy Jr. (late Jeanne); and his friend Tony Balestrini. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
