She was predeceased by: her husband Laurant Laflamme (Larry); her parents, Melvin Eugene Chase (Pete) and Lois Maxine Chase; her siblings, Jill, Gay, Eric and Kris Chase; her children, Eugene and Charlyn; her grandchildren, Anyssa and Jayda; and her siblings, Constance Moore (Connie), Hillward (Lee) and Anthony of Windsor.

She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Debbie and Danielle. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
