Brian James Slavik Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian James Slavik (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan; his children, Peter and Sammie; his pet Odin; his parents, Helen Slavik and Jerry Slavik; his mother-in-law Margaret Little; his siblings, Carol Slavik, Patti Slavik, Mary Slavik (Steve Peters), Margaret Slavik and John Slavik; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Stevie, Steven, Wesley, Brooke and Lily. He was also cherished by many friends and family.
