He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Rupcich and Nikola Rupcich; and his parents-in-law, John and Lucy Zdunich. He is survived by: his wife Diane "Dolly" Rupcich; his son Bobby; his daughter-in-law Kari of Chicago, Illinois.; his siblings, Rose Marie Mays (late John) and Nick Rupcich; his aunt Helen Pasko (late John); his cousin Mike Vujovich (Bev); his nephew Steven Rupcich (Eva); his siblings-in-law, Rose Mary Dowhaniuk (late John), John Zdunich (late Rose), Milan Zdunich (Pat) and Chichy Katopodis (Perry); and his friend Earl Dugal. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1L8). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Windsor Memorial Gardens (1100 Division Rd, Windsor, ON N8W1Z6).
