Though Bill may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bill touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hooper and Violet Hooper; and his son Mike Hooper. He is survived by: his wife Denise Andry; and his children, Bill (Connie), Ron Hooper (Kim), Kim (Paul Halverson), Dan Andry (Becky) and Jennifer Andry (Adam Laird).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Email Notes Parish (3260 Dougall Ave, Windsor, ON N9E1S6). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
