She is survived by: her spouse Tom Douglas; her children, Linda Hornell (Sam), Debbie Johnson (Gary) and Jody Simzer (Mike); her sibling Wes Fraser (Doris); and also, Jackie, Amanda, Stacey, Justin, Scott, Tyler, Sam Jr. and Steven.
