He was predeceased by: his parents, Mert Garlough and Myrtle Garlough; and his siblings, Beatrice Head, Clara Tousaw, Marie Ostrander, Emma Hollister, Patsy Garlough, Flossie Garlough, Grace Stewart, Dalton, Raymond, Lee, Gerald, Jay, Donald M., Lonnie and Rodney Garlough.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Scarbo of Cornwall and Ginger Angel (Ray) of Tara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
