He was predeceased by: his parents, Eveline Holmes (Curran) and Lorne Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Larmour); his children, Robin Holmes-Glasier, L. Edward Holmes and Gord Holmes (Debara); and his grandchildren, Angela Bengivingo (Tyler), Mitchell Glasier, Carissa Fountain (Trevor), Russell Glasier, Bradley, Sarah, William and Madyson.
