He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Davis and Minerva Davis. He is survived by: his wife Vera Stilwell; his children, Valerie Carruthers (Deceased), Terry Davis and Denise Fetterly (Gord); his great grandchild Teegan Zwarts; and his sister Betty Borup.

By family request donations may be made to the Trinity Anglican Church, (where Ken was a member for many years), Winchester District Memorial Hospital or Carefor Nor-Dun Seniors' Centre.
