She was predeceased by: her parents, Lise Gaumond and Roger Gaumond; and her father-in-law Ted Allan of Nelson, B. C. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Katia, Melina Lefebvre and Lakeisha Allan; her mother-in-law Carol; her siblings, Josée Gaumond-Savage (Christian) and Mario Gaumond (Lynn McGlashan); her nephew Nicholas Savage; and her nieces, Jessica Gaumond-Tremblay and Erika Gaumond.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Memory of Julie to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital-Cancer Care Fund.
