She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim Baker; her children, Wendy Crober (Barry), Cindy Laurin (Chad), Leigh Baker (John) and Alix Adlington (Andrew); her grandchildren, Marina, Madison Crober and Sloane Adlington; her brothers, Bill Campbell (Gerri) and Howard Campbell (Nicole); and her siblings-in-law, Ralph Baker (Pat), Barbara Baker (Henk), Fred Baker and Carl Baker (Marg).
By Sophie's request her body has been donated to the University of Ottawa-Faculty of Medicine for Scientific Research. By family request donations may be made in Memory of Sophie to the Terry Fox Foundation or St. Patrick's Home Foundation (Activity Fund).
