He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Boyer and Margaret Boyer. He is survived by: his spouse Mathilde Boyer; his children, Jeffrey, Jenifer, Terry, Catlin (Jess) and Justin (Sasha); and his brother Richard. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins.
