He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Coulas (Peplinskie) and Benedict F. Coulas; and his brother Nelson. He is survived by: his adoptive daughter Samantha; his siblings, Karl (late Susan Golka), Marie Stamplecowsky (Ed) and Patsy Golka (Basil); his godchild Nigel Golka; and his friends, Mike and Angela Hubers.
