It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sonia Sandilands of Williamstown, Ontario, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Earle Sandilands; her parents, George Helmer and Clara Myers; her brothers, Beverly and D'Arcy Helmer; and her siblings-in-law, John, Eric, Hazel, Shirley and Connie.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda (Michael Bryant) of Reading, England, Ian (Barbara) of Williamstown, Sandra of Edmonton, Alberta and Neil (Cheryl) of Williamstown; her grandchildren, Christine (Adam), Rory (Bernadette), Maureen, David (Olivia), Anna, Roddie and Sadie; her great grandchildren, Mady, Clara, Brandt, James and Fergus; and her sister-in-law Faye. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
