He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cloutier and Emma Belisle. He is survived by: his wife Patricia 'Pat Cloutier; his children, Arthur, Anna (Timothy) and Anthony (Lucinda); and his stepchildren, Michael, Theresa (Colin Jette), Nicole (Eric D'Aoust) and Marc (Jinny). He is also survived by his grandchildren, extended family and friends.
