She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Brian; her children, Graham (Lori), Ruth (Neil) and John; her grandchildren, Liam, Ben, Rohin and Norah; her brother Alexander; her sister-in-law Bel of Victoria, BC; her brothers, David (Donna) of St. John's, NL and Iain (Donna) of Williamstown, ON; and her parents, Elizabeth Helen Welsh and John Cameron Brown. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beyond 21, a non-profit for which Elspeth was an advocate.
