He was predeceased by: his child Suzie; and his parents, Henricus Flipsen and Johanna Flipsen. He is survived by: his spouse Corrie Flipsen; and his children, Henry (Nicole), Emmy Sommers (Martin), Diane Briere (Maurice), Frank (Kelly), Michel (Myra), Daniel (Ursula), Carole Massia (Marvin), Sylvain (Ramona), Stefan (Lynn) and JoAnn Sauvé (Jamie). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
