She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Van Moorsel; and her brothers, Gerard (Henrica), William and Theo Vanderheyden. She is survived by: her children, MaryAnne Verhoeven (John) of Glen Becker, Suzanne Grisel (Rudy) of Metcalfe, Roseanne Morrow (Rick) of Inkerman, Dianne Lapier (David) of Williamsburg and Lori-Anne Van Moorsel of Morrisburg; her siblings, Bertus Vanderheyden (Reit), Betsie Biemans (late Jan) and Marietje Knaapen (late Mathieu); her grandchildren, Karin MacPherson (John), Bryan Verhoeven (Brianna), Kelly Morrell (James), Kristin MacGregor (Ryan), Jessica Sztompka (Michael), Emily Ross (Dustin), Elizabeth Kirschner (Alex), Laura Casselman, Sarah Casselman (Nigel Vidler), Adam, Dean, Ben Lapier, Hillary Van Moorsel, Jessica Morrow (Adam) and Liam Morrow (Kennedi); her great grandchildren, Will, Max, Ellie, Kate, Jack, Noah, Ethan, Liam, Lyla, Annie and Adrian; her close friend Miep Jansen; and her sisters-in-law, Dina Vanderheyden, Mary Van Moorsel and Nolda Byvelds. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home (12318 County Rd 18, Williamsburg, ON K0C 2H0). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (31 Meikle St, Morrisburg, ON K0C1X0).
