He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann; his grandson Adam Mathewson; his parents, Victor Patterson Blough and Phyllis Marie Blough; and his sisters, Heather Williams and Suzie Fediuk.
He is survived by: his son Clint (Jenn Allen) of Wilberforce; his stepchildren, Gayl Dipper of Pefferlaw and Lana Hardy (Richard Marti) of Keswick; his grandchildren, Emily, Chelsea, Alissa, Kaynan, Nick, Derek (Tracey), Ashley (Josh) and Kaydee (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Cole, Jake, Seth, Miller and Mia. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
