He is survived by: his spouse Evonne Hughes (Hiscox); his children, Wesley, Jonathan (Rebekah), David (Rachel), Timothy (Narda), Nathan (Kari-Lynn) and Mark (Rache); his grandchildren, Larissa, Josiah, Lael, Noah, Micah, Maria, Judah, Kiera, William, Aurora, Serena, Miriam, Arianna, Joshua, Elora, Elia and Michaela; his siblings, Janice Vardy, Hazel Robinson (Royden), Ron Hughes (Debbie) and Barry Hughes (Paula); his parent-in-law Roy Hiscox; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Vanhoffen (Richard), Paul Hiscox (Adeline) and Barb Hiscox.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, The Boys JIM Club of America, and Graphite Bible Camp in memory of Charles, would be appreciated by the family.
