He is survived by: his siblings, Carol, Jacob (Lucy), Arlene, Debbie, Wayne, James (Christine) and Melissa (Edward); and his daughter Amy Shawanda. He is also survived by his siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and caregivers.
